SDM College of Medical Sciences and Hospital

Established in 2003 by the SDM Educational Society in Dharwad, Karnataka, the college is a constituent unit of SDM University and is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The campus spans over 64–65 acres and features modern hostels, cafeteria, library, sports facilities, an auditorium, and a super-specialty hospital.

Admission 2025

MBBS (150 seats): Admission is through NEET-UG. The NEET-UG exam was conducted on May 4, 2025, and results are expected by June 14, 2025. Counseling will be held during July–August 2025.

MD/MS/Diplomas: Admission is based on NEET-PG. The NEET-PG 2025 exam is scheduled for June 15, 2025, with results tentatively by July 11, 2025. Admissions will proceed through KEA/Karnataka counseling.

Fees and Scholarships

MBBS Tuition Fees: Approximately ₹1.44 lakhs per annum under the state quota. Fees under management or NRI quota range from ₹20 to ₹30 lakhs for the full course.
