

Magadh University, founded on March 1, 1962, is a prominent public state university located in Bodh Gaya, Bihar. Established by Satyendra Narayan Sinha, with Dr. K.K. Dutta as its first Vice-Chancellor, the university was inaugurated by Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the then President of India. Situated on a sprawling 460-acre campus, it stands as the largest university in Bihar, offering a serene academic environment near the sacred Bodhi Tree.
