Anandaram Dhekial Phookan College

Anandaram Dhekial Phookan College, named after the renowned Assamese litterateur Anandaram Dhekial Phookan, was established by the Assam Sahitya Sabha in 1959 to provide quality education to students, particularly from rural backgrounds. Initially functioning as a night college, it has since evolved into a full-fledged day college offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs across Arts, Science, and Commerce streams.
