Bimala Prasad Chaliha College, Nagaon

Bimala Prasad Chaliha College, established in 1972, is situated in the serene locale of Nagarbera, Kamrup district, Assam. Named after Late Bimala Prasad Chaliha, the former Chief Minister of Assam, the college was founded to provide higher education to the socio-economically disadvantaged communities of the region.

The college is affiliated with Gauhati University and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Arts, Science, and Commerce, including self-financed certificate courses and programs under the Krishna Kanta Handique State Open University (KKHSOU).
